Free 4 Week Mindfulness introduction
Using the three videos below, a free 4 week programme to give you a gentle introduction to mindfulness.
Week 1. Repeat the first exercise (2.5 minutes) 2-3 times during the week on different days.
Week 2. Repeat the second exercise 3-4 times during the week on different days.
Week 3. Repeat the final exercise 2-3 times during the week on different days.
Week 4. Repeat the final exercise 3-4 times during the week on different days.
This will give you a foundation to then sit without guidance as you create your own Mindful Practice.

The Structure for a simple relaxation and body awareness exercise, a ‘Passive Progressive Relaxation (PPR)’
Combining the observing the breath with a PPR. Lie down quietly and listen through this 20 minute exercise.
